Our clients goal was to transform this bathroom from simply functional to fabulous! With no tub in any bathroom of the home, this renovation was the perfect opportunity to create a beautiful in-home retreat. Concierge Home Solutions began by reworking the space for a soaking tub and new vanity. We selected a classical mix of tile, stone and porcelain finishes to create a polished overall look while keeping the costs in line with the budget. The vanity was resized to fit the space better and the homeowner was thrilled that we found a stunning granite remnant in a leathered finish which worked perfectly with the tile colors. A new signature mirror was customized with the homeowner’s existing light fixture, and our team recommended wall-mounted tub fixtures with two shower heads, one fixed and one on a wand, to complete the spa-like room.
