Whole House Renovation – Phase I & II

The homeowners contacted Concierge Home Solutions to discuss renovating the kitchen of a home they had just purchased. After our initial meeting, they identified other areas they wanted to improve, and our team began planning a whole house renovation from the top to bottom. For Phase I – the upstairs of the house – Concierge Home Solutions installed two new HVAC systems, removed radiators in some rooms and reconfigured the four bedrooms into three bedrooms to include a Master Suite.

Phase II

After completing Phase I in a short, fourteen-week period, Concierge Home Solutions worked with the client to plan and implement Phase II of the renovation in just eleven weeks. This phase included gutting the kitchen to the brick walls and ceiling joists, relocating a half-bathroom from the kitchen area to a space-saving design under the main staircase with adjacent new coat closet. The work during this phase also included painting of walls, ceiling and trim as well as refinishing the floors throughout the first floor. During the process, we remodeled the overall kitchen layout to improve the flow of the space by creating a new back door from an existing window opening and converting the original exterior door to a new window. In total, three new gas fire places were installed to serve the upstairs rooms. Following the completion of the interior renovations, the Concierge Home Solutions team painted the home’s exterior including windows and trim.
