After moving in to a home in Richmond’s Museum District, this homeowner turned to Concierge Home Solutions for help with some renovations. This tiny, yet full, bathroom presented a challenge. Overall the space felt dated and cramped but the cost to gut and replace everything would be prohibitive for such a small room. Our team met this challenge instead with a remodeling plan that provided a new look and feel with much less investment per square foot than starting over. We re-glazed the wall and floor tiles, repaired the plaster walls, installed new plumbing fixtures and an exhaust fan. The team also removed the peeling radiator, sanded blasted and powder coated it before restoring to the room. A switch to a soft, fabric shower curtain on a curved rod and a soothing paint color all around completed this transformation.
